Erin is the founder of ERJ Therapy Services and brings over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, families, and adults. Her professional background includes school counseling, mental-health therapy, SEL program design, community consulting, and youth and family development.
Her therapeutic approach is direct, supportive, interactive, and hands-on. Erin integrates strength-based strategies, trauma-informed practices, and family collaboration, while adapting sessions to fit the unique needs of each client.
Her work is grounded in practical tools, real conversations, and evidence-based techniques that help clients create meaningful change.
