- Individual Therapy: Ages 14 and up
- Group / Classroom / School-Based Services: Ages 4 and up
- Parent Sessions: Available for parents/caregivers of children and teens of all ages
- Telehealth sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform.
- Virtual sessions require video (audio-only sessions are not permitted unless previously arranged).A private, quiet environment is recommended to protect confidentiality.
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is reserved.
- Cancellations should be made at least 30 minutes before the session start time.
- Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before start time may be considered missed sessions.
- Missed sessions incur a $25 fee.
- If a scheduling conflict arises, please reschedule as early as possible.
- Payment is required prior to the start of each session.
- Accepted payment methods will be discussed during consultation.
- Sessions will not begin until payment has been processed.
- A limited number of reduced-rate spots may be available based on financial need.
